Chapter 11 Summary

Odd thinks he should talk to the police, but Brother Knuckles convinces him not to. Odd has a gift that not all will understand, and "we need you here." Odd can't argue with that logic.

When they get to the guest house, Elvis is waiting for Odd. He has been with Odd off and on since his death. He really wants to see his mother, Gladys, but is afraid he let her down. Elvis isn't easy to convince that his mother loves him regardless, and he should have no fear of a reunion.
