Chapter 20 Summary

Tally and Penny are in art class. Penny is finishing up her sketch of the float design for the contest. She slides it into the envelope Miss Beans gave her and drops it into the art teacher's basket. When she gets to her locker, she finds sour milk—just one of the many things Charity and her friends continue to put in her locker. Tally wants Penny to go to the library so she can show her the update she made to the Web site, but Penny has to talk to the French teacher. The girls head to lunch first and notice that Charity and her friends are consuming lard.
