Chapter 18 Summary

Penny is decorating 480 cupcakes for a wedding the following day. She asks why Tally thinks Charity is going to fall for the diet prank. Blake and his brothers are the ones that built the site. Penny gave Tally the $75 she got from cashing in the pennies to buy the server space. Tally and Blake are helping Penny mix up a new batch of buttercream icing when they realize they are out of butter. Tally calls the dairy and arranges for a delivery. She also tells Penny she should freshen up. When Penny returns from the bathroom, she walks in on Tally and Blake canoodling. They spring apart and then Marcus walks in with a box of butter. Marcus offers to help and they put him to work boxing up cupcakes with Blake. After they finish the cupcakes, while they're cleaning up, Blake asks...
