Chapter 16 Summary

Penny goes to Tally's house t find out what's going on. tally tells her she was in a shop in town helping Poppy hang her witch balls, when Mrs. Wharton came in talking about Tally's "situation" and how Charity is a shoo-in for the Hog Queen. Tally says she has to go more mainstream, so she dies her hair and wears contacts.

Chapter 16 Analysis

Tally going from crazy to normal is another change in Penny's life. Penny thinks Tally's crazy look always made her feel normal. Now that Tally looks like everyone else, Penny no longer feels normal.
