Summary
Saint tried to visit Patch numerous times in the six years he was in prison, but he refused to see her. She is now a supervisory special agent working on murders in an effort to stay connected to Grace’s case. Patch testifies on behalf of Tooms to keep him from being put to death because it is the only way Patch thinks he can find Grace’s body. Saint testifies on Patch’s behalf. Sammy sells some of Patch’s paintings in Chapter 134 but not paintings of the girls. He still has some of the paintings in Chapter 135. In Chapter 136, Patch burns his memories.
