Summary

Royce listens to the soldiers come to the door of the farmhouse. They tell him that they are looking for two men who are wounded thieves. Tom the Feather says he has not seen anyone. The knights say the dogs have tracked the thieves to his door. Tom tries to prevent the knights from entering his house. The knight pushes him and draws his sword.

Hadrian and Royce enter the room. They kill the knights in the room. They then have to decide their next move. The knights will most likely burn the house if the two do not do something. They make a plan to attack the Knight and get the horse so they can make an escape. Hadrian and Royce threaten the family to make it look like they are not helping them so the knights will not retaliate against the family...
