Summary

In Chapter 15, Gwen’s building is coming along nicely. It has windows, dormers, and a fresh coat of paint. It is painted mostly white with accents of powder blue along the trim. It makes the building something special. It still has a long way to go, but they are getting customers and making the place their home. Gwen is taking Inspector Reginald on a tour. He questions how she has gotten so much work done on the building in only two weeks. She is attracting customers from the Artisan and Merchant Quarters so is able to charge more. They offer better quality women and so men are willing to come there and pay more. Since the women own the business, they make sure each customer is satisfied so that they will return and tell their friends. They want the business to succeed.
