Chapter 19 Summary

Alexandra looks radiant on her second wedding day. Just as the judge finished asking if anyone had any objection to the marriage, Jordan runs in and stops the ceremony. He takes Alexandra, Anthony, and his grandmother home to talk. Jordan had thought of nothing but Alexandra the entire time he was in the dungeon, pining over her love and his new desire to learn to trust a woman. In the end, he thinks she is just another typical woman, out to get what she wants with no regard for anyone but herself. His grandmother tries to explain what has happened, and how Alexandra thought of nothing but him for the past year, but he wasn't listening to anyone.
