Chapter 19 Summary

While walking up to the party, Meg spots John's truck and Eric's BMW. Tiffany and Meg greet Rashad. Will greets Tiffany but almost doesn't recognize Meg with her hair dyed. He says he can't believe what she did to John. He also says that John showed up at his apartment distraught and waving his nightstick around. Eric grabs Meg from behind and Will tells him to let her go. Will puts his arm around Meg to comfort her, but when John sees this he charges Will trying to hit him. John leaves the apartment and Meg finds him in the fountain at Five Points, john says he's to room with Will and join the track team. He thinks Meg should join too. He wants them to save up money and travel through Europe together.
