Chapters 35-36 Summary

Garber insists that Reacher could not have anything to do with the planning or execution of the kidnapping of Holly Johnson. However, Webster and Mac refuse to believe him. While Mac and Johnson plan a rescue, Holly is returned to her room and begins looking for a new weapon to use now that they have taken away her bed. Mac and Webster decide the first line of attack should be to control information in and out of the camp. Webster orders Mac to have the phone lines cut and rerouted to their command post, giving the order after Borken and Milosevic have gone to get some sleep.
