Chapters 27-30 Summary

Reacher insists on seeing Holly after Loder's execution. Fowler takes him to her room and allows them to go for a walk. Reacher tells Holly that there is a mole inside the Chicago office, an assumption he bases on the fact that at Loder's trial he learned that Loder and the others were only in Chicago for a day before taking Holly and Reacher. This means they could not have learned her routines and known where to grab her. Holly tells Reacher about the undercover agent and he promises to try to get word to him about the mole if Holly does not tell him first.

After their walk, Fowler continues to take Reacher around the camp for his tour, telling Reacher about the abandoned mine near the small town they have taken over and the day-to-day workings of the camp...
