Summary

Clary is shocked to see her mother. The first words out of her mouth are not words of joy, but words of anger. Clary wants to know how her mother could have lied to her all her life and not have told her she has a brother. Clary ends up running out of the house.

Jace is using a hair from Clary’s jacket, covered in Sebastian’s blood, to follow him. The spell seems to be working well, so Jace continues following, using Sebastian’s own horse.
