Summary

Clary wakes the next morning, and Amatis shows her where there are some clothes to be worn. Clary digs through the clothes and picks out some Shadowhunter gear that must have been Amatis’s once. Clary puts them on and realizes how much like her mother she looks. Clary then sneaks out the window so that she can go find Jace.

Simon is taken to the inquisitor again. The inquisitor tells Simon that he believes the Lightwood family members are spies for Valentine.
