Shadow Moon

Shadow Moon serves three years in prison, but is released early because his wife, Laura, has been killed in a car accident. On the way to her funeral, he meets a man named Mr. Wednesday, who offers Shadow a job. Shadow is suspicious of Wednesday, who knows a lot about him, so he gets off the plane at next stop and gets a car. When he stops at a restaurant, Wednesday is there and again offers Shadow a job. Shadow accepts and meets Mad Sweeney, a leprechaun who gives him a gold coin. Before going to work for Wednesday, Shadow goes to Laura's funeral and learns from Audrey Burton that Laura had an affair with Audrey's husband, Robbie, who also died in the crash. Shadow visits Laura's grave and throws in the leprechaun coin.
