Chapter 18. Bad Girl Summary

Lucy wakes up in the nurse's office and is informed that an ambulance is on its way to take her to the hospital. Lucy tells the nurse that she is not going to the hospital and runs away. As she is approaching the front door the vice principal, Mr. Gruber, blocks her from leaving and Lucy becomes enraged and tries to push through him as he physically prevents her from leaving the school. Lucy starts to scream threats to him and calls him a pervert in an effort to get him to let her go. Students, including Dylan, are beginning to gather and watch this spectacle.
