Chapter 6, Evolution Summary

Crazy Tom asks Bean if Peter has control over the Battle School graduates—especially those of Ender's Jeesh. Peter asked Tom to assess the Europeans nations as to their willingness to transfer sovereignty to a world government. Peter contacts Felix Starman, the prime minister of Fortress Rwanda to help capture Volescu. After capture, Volescu explains to Bean that since the Hegemony is helpless, his research is not illegal. Petra demands her eight babies be returned. She wants names and addresses. Volescu denies knowing where they are and adds that none of the babies has Anton's key. Petra calls him on this. They gather evidence that implicates Volescu in creating a virus that carries genetic alterations. Bean and Petra need Anton to look over the confiscated data.
