Chapters 90 - 93 Summary

Dennis has found an empty farmhouse not too far from the castle to hole up for several days, as instructed, before returning to the castle. There is no food except a few vegetables, but Dennis manages to eat them in order to stay strong for his mission. Dennis spends his time at the empty house writing a note that Peyna instructed him to write. On Saturday, Dennis takes an old pair of snowshoes he found and makes his way to the castle wall. Dennis thinks of Flagg's name, which wakes Flagg in the night, but Flagg is ill and goes back to sleep.
