Flagg calls up to Peter again, now halfway there. Ben encourages Naomi and Dennis to work faster with the cart they have brought with them to the Plaza. Flagg calls up the stairs once more.

Peter has the rope knotted and slips out the window. Flagg calls once more from three quarters up the steps. Ben, Naomi, and Dennis watch Peter come down toward them. Flagg is almost there.
