Chapters 62 - 64 Summary

The Staad family had always been unlucky, but with Ben's friendship with Peter, things appeared to be turning around. However, after Peter's imprisonment things begin to change again, and Mr. Staad refuses to allow anyone to mention Peter's name in their home. Mr. Staad got into a fight the night of the coronation over his son's relationship with Peter and is now afraid for his wife and children. Ben is coming home from selling some cows at auction when he runs into a group of men who are aware of his friendship with Peter and attempt to beat him for it.
