Theory Summary

Bella asks Edward how he reads minds. He says he needs to be close enough to "hear" people think. He does not know why he cannot hear Bella think. Edward is driving very fast, over a hundred miles an hour, but he is a safe driver.Bella finally reveals that she thinks he and his family are vampires, but that it does not matter to her.
