Summary
Time goes back two days, and Eve cannot move and is wrapped in a blanket. She knows she is being buried alive. She hears someone call out Nathaniel’s name. Eve waits in the ground, unsure of exactly how long because time is hard to tell in such circumstances. When she knows she is alone, she digs herself out of the hole. She is insistent on escaping to make sure her husband does not get away with what he is doing. She sees her purse next to her and she is able to call for help with her phone and get revenge.
