Chapters 29-32, Leo and Jason Summary

The heroes follow a vapor trail in the sky that Jason can see but the others cannot, which they think has been left for them by Aeolus. Leo falls asleep and his father Hephaestus appears to him in his dream. He tells Leo that he has been watching him all his life in a magic mirror, but that he never visited because he's not very good with kids. He explains that after the Titans were defeated, the earth bore a new batch of children sired by Tartarus to take revenge for the death of the Titans. This is now happening again.
