Chapters 17-20, Leo and Jason Summary

As they fly into Quebec towards the hotel where Boreas lives, two winged figures fly out to meet them. They are the Boreads (the sons of Boreas), called Zethes and Calais. They tell Jason, Leo and Piper that they do not have clearance to land and so will have to be destroyed. Piper uses her charmspeak to persuade them that it is an emergency, so Zethes lets them in. Inside, the brothers confront Leo, saying that he smells of fire, and Zethes threatens him with his sword. Jason tells him that he is a son of Zeus and Zethes stops. He says they have been expecting a son of Zeus. Just then, Boreas' daughter Kione, goddess of snow, comes in. She takes Jason and Piper upstairs to her father, but Leo has to wait downstairs...
