Section VIII, ch. 19-21 Summary

Dolph introduces Anita to Detective Tammy Reynolds, a witch and a new addition to their team. Anita jerks away from Tammy when she tries to read Anita's aura. When Dolph asks for ideas on who may have killed Robert, Anita assumes it is a challenge to Jean-Claude's power. Then she ponders whether it may be a right-wing hate group since Monica is pregnant. Anita thinks maybe this is the reason there is a contract on her life, but Dolph says it is too much money to spend to kill someone's girlfriend. Anita agrees to refrain from telling Jean-Claude about the way the heart was retrieved, the knives and the symbols used in the spells.
