Chapter Fourteen Summary

Four days later, Stephanie is at home recuperating from the gunshot and reflects on the events of the case. All considered, Stephanie is lucky for escaping almost unscathed. Alpha was dead and Ramirez had been captured outside on the fire escape. Lastly, the bounty money has been deposited into the bank, allowing life to return to normal.
