Summary

In Chapter 49, Lore and Castor return to Miles and Van. Lore is surprised to see Iro who says she will not allow Wrath to win the Agon. Lore realizes that her friends are her family and tells them everything she knows. Miles is shocked that Gil was Hermes and Lore shows them the aegis. Miles says that Wrath is a Waldorf Astoria and Lore thinks that is where they built the altar for a sacrifice to Zeus. Van realizes that Wrath used the floods to force people into shelters and may be using them for human sacrifices. Miles says they only have until tomorrow to stop Wrath.
