Chapter 12 Summary

"If I Were Like Lightning"

The next morning Tully takes Mr. Twain for a ride. They go for a swim and lay on the beach. Mr. Twain gives him a look that asks what's next. Gray clouds are on the horizon and a bolt of lightning strikes the water and the sun returns. Tully rubs his good luck charm and heads into town singing.
