Winter

Winter is an IceWing dragonet, the son of Narwhal and Tundra. Narwhal is Queen Glacier's brother, and Winter often touts the fact that he is Glacier's nephew. Winter is also Hailstorm's younger brother. Icicle is Winter's sister. Though she tends to be better and seems far more confident, they are the same age. Winter has grown up being taught that IceWings are the superior tribe. He seems to truly believe that until he has experiences with dragons from other tribes. Winter puts on the enchanted necklace for a moment that turns him into Pyrite. The experience makes him realize that other dragons are equally as loyal to their tribes as the IceWing dragons are to theirs. Winter initially refuses to consider that Qibli, Moon, and Kinkajou are his friends or that they can contribute anything useful to his quest, but he comes to respect and rely on them...
