After Gabriel gives Anita a knife, she tries to convince Heidi to give her a gun, but Heidi is too frightened of Raina. Richard sends a mental image through Anita's head, distracting her as Gabriel comes toward her. Anita, realizing she needs to hurry, urges Gabriel on. Gabriel scratches her as Richard distracts her by screaming in her head; Anita tells Richard not to distract her for a while. Anita stabs Gabriel, but he continues trying to rape her.
