Chapter 34 "The Ghost in the Machine" Summary

The final chapter begins a month after the story breaks in the Wave. It is March Madness, the NCAA national basketball tournament. It is an hour before game time and the Buster Bowl is full of fans. Charlotte, who is sitting directly behind the Dupont bench at mid-court still can't believe that she is here. Charlotte, who has no money at all, is sitting in the best seats in the house. She has become known as Jojo Johanssen's girlfriend and even Coach has taken to calling her "Char." Coach has told her that she is the best thing that has happened to Jojo. He has turned himself around and is playing the best game ever. He is back in starting position. Mike, his roommate, has even noticed that.....
