As Eve looks at Chief Harrison Tibble, she feels a great amount of respect. She can also privately admit she also feels a certain amount of fear. Chief Tibble is an old-school cop, back from the days when the police were still allowed to carry guns. He still thinks like a street cop, and has a spotless record.
