Tully Mars

After leaving the poodle ranch where he worked in Wyoming, Tully is a fugitive after throwing a massage table through the window of his employer's house. Regardless of when he starts his journey, Tully is on a mission to find his true home.

Although a loner, he befriends nearly everyone he meets. An affable character, he is prone, however, to unfortunate luck. His ex-girlfriend shows up on the island where he works as a fishing guide. When he learns that she's not there to tell him off, but rather to tell him that she's marrying someone else, Tully is hurt, albeit briefly. He doesn't like the rejection, but feels relief from it as well. He cares for his horse Mr. Twain and holds his two-piece art collection and his Lister's conch as sacred. He believes.....
