Chapter 32 Summary

"Somebody Call a Witch Doctor"

Having been unconscious for half a day, Tully wakes up and asks for water; Wilton tells Waldo that Tully isn't dead. Waldo unties his hands and gives him crackers and water. They tell him that Thelma Barston has chartered a prison plane for his transport and they're taking him back to Wyoming.

A helicopter shows up and Waldo hollers, "We got the slimeball, Ms. Barston" (pg. 290). Expecting to see Thelma Barston for the first time since he left, Tully looks up, but instead sees Dawn get out of the helicopter. Dawn explains that she is Thelma's stepdaughter and how she had seen Tully when she first got to Wyoming. She had a crush on him and was angry with Thelma when she fired him. He corrects her and says.....
