Summary

In Chapter 101, Kvothe tried to learn more about magic from Felurian, but struggled to follow her confusing instructions. He reflected on the fact that he always had a good memory. However, he could not recall certain parts of his time with Felurian.

In Chapter 102, Kvothe became excited when he saw the moon in the Faen realm. Felurian explained that the moon moved between the skies in the mortal and Faen worlds. Kvothe mentioned the story of a man who stole the moon. Felurian insisted that the story was true. Felurian shared the tale of the beings that roamed the world before men and Fae.
