Ross Bannick

Ross Bannick is a psychopath, a killer, and a sitting judge with a spotless record. Bannick has compiled a list of people who have wronged him in the past. He has spent more than 22 years working his way through the list, killing the people who have wronged him. Bannick first hits his victim over the head with a telescoping steel ball he calls Leddie, and then strangles them with a piece of marine rope.
