The Impact of Guilt

The It Girl examines how guilt motivates. Hannah is motivated by guilt to determine if Neville was really responsible for killing April. She fears that she took Neville’s life from him by condemning him to prison and that she stole that life that April might have enjoyed when she married Will. Hannah still carries some guilt after Neville is posthumously exonerated because she was so quick to accuse Neville just because he was different.
