Camp Emerson

Camp Emerson is first run by Vic and then by TJ Hewitt. The camp is on the Van Laar property. It is from here that Barbara disappears.

Self-Reliance

Self-Reliance is the name of the Van Laars’ house. It was originally constructed in Switzerland but was later moved to America.

Prison

Louise and John Paul are both taken to prison. John Paul is bailed out first because of his wealth and connections.

Judy's Family Home

Judy lives with her parents far from where she works. Because of this, she ends up staying in a hotel while on the case and then moves out of her family home shortly afterward.

Remote Cabin

Barbara eventually escapes to TJ’s remote cabin. It is here that she will live out her days until she turns 18 and is free from her parents
