Summary

Chapter 15

As Nico fills in the crew on what he’s learned from Hades the rest of the crew chows down. When he tells Reyna that Hades had told him that wolves were hunting them, as well as Orion, Reyna is skeptical. Wolves are considered friendly towards Rome. Nico thinks about Percy Jackson and how much he wished that things were different between them. He recalls how Percy looked when he had begged Nico to lead the others, in the previous novel, to the other side of Tartarus.

Then without warning wolves start to howl all around them, signaling they’re surrounded. One comes up to them and becomes a man right in front of their eyes.
