Chapters 26 through 31 Summary

In Chapter 26, Peter falls into the sea and believes that he will surely die. Instead of dying, he is saved by Ammm. The porpoise lifts him out of the water, as the Starstuff begins to take effect. Peter can now fly. Ammm teaches Peter how to fly, then they head back to the ship.

In Chapter 27, Smee finds the trunk on deck near the starboard rail. Just as Stache is about to open the trunk, Molly gets free of Richard and knocks Black Stache over, scratching his face. Richard goes after Molly, and the pirates attack Richard. Now the pirates and Richard are fighting, and Molly is scratching at Black Stache's face. Slank is the first to notice, but certainly not the only, that Peter is returning. Everyone stops what they are doing to watch Peter float down to the deck...
