Summary

In Chapter 19, Michael Behan, Jack Cattaneo, Marc Regio, and Matt Lange meet at Behan's apartment to talk about Virgil. Both Regio and Lange think that he can do the job, but Lange is little suspicious of him. However, he does not think that Rae is a cop. They decide to proceed with their plan, agree that they will have to pay him and decide to tell Rae that she and Virgil cannot bring attention to themselves by spending too much money. They also talk about the possible Coast Guard threat.

Lucas and his surveillance partner, Andres Devlin see Lange, Regio and Cattaneo leaving Behan's condo. They do not follow them.
