Summary

In Chapter 5, Lucas and Bob go to the Miami-Dale District's police station to talk to the police officers about giving them names of dealers who might be willing to provide information if given the right incentives. One suggests that they talk to a man named Tobin Cain. Tobin deals drugs in the back booth of a Subway franchise. They decide how to approach him and succeed in blocking his escape. They tell him what they want. All he says is that he wants a lawyer. The police arrest him.

Afterwards, Bob and Lucas talk to four more dealers. One is a woman who has a gun and a felony. All of the dealers agree to tell their connections that Bob and Lucas will be coming to question them about the shooting of the Coast Guard officers. They will receive amnesty in exchange for...
