Part Three, Chapter 17 Summary

After Cam returned home, Allie walked away without anything but the receipts from her yard sale. Now Allie is in a bar, trying to get as drunk as possible. When a man comes up and starts to flirt, Allie decides to indulge him. After a time, Allie finds herself in a hotel room with this man, finally crying for everything Cam has ruined. At home, Cam is left alone to inventory everything that he no longer owns. In the bathroom, Cam finds the stain glass panel he bought for Allie and decides to re-hang it, knowing it would be more punishment for him to have it remain in the house.
