Billie Webster

Billie is recruited by Richard Halliday to be a member of Project Sphinx. She is in jail when she met him, having beat up a police officer who pistol whipped a girl. She agrees to join the Museum based on Richard's promise that she will be trained and will serve justice where the justice system fails. She is the last of the Sphinxes to come up with a specialty. She becomes the expert in hand-to-hand combat. She also has a tendency to take control when they encounter problems. Like all the women, she admires Constance Halliday and holds onto Constance's ideals long after Constance is gone.
