Chapter 19: One Last Salute and Epilogue Summary

Jackie Lee is so effective at mimicking her pregnancy that Grace sometimes wakes having dreamed she wasn't the one pregnant at all. Dr. Cook comes once a week, cooperating with Jackie Lee's wish to keep up the deception. Meanwhile, she gorges to put on pounds, and manages to imitate a pregnant woman. For Grace, the last month is the worst. Jackie Lee imitates every pain, even commenting about how hard her baby is kicking.
