Section 14: Chapters 43-45 Summary

In Chapter 43, Morgan cries as she does her makeup for the party, and hurrying to the gazebo in the garden, she bursts into tears, wondering if she mentioned Gracie because she wants Cam to be happy and fears he will be miserable if he stays with her. She feels selfish because she does not want to lose him, even knowing he will be miserable. Pip joins her, hugging her as he asks why she is crying. When Morgan explains she fears Cam will not be happy if he stays but she cannot stand to lose him, Pip agrees to help her convince Cam to stay.
