Scarlett Dragna

Scarlett is the older sister of the Dragna family and is very close to her only sibling, Donatella, usually called Tella. Scarlett is a naturally strong character, but she has been beaten, threatened, and brutalized by her father, Governor Dragna, for years, since her mother's disappearance when she was very young. Scarlett is right to fear Governor Dragna because she has seen him murder one of his own men as punishment for Scarlett's action. Because he punishes Tella whenever Scarlett makes a mistake and because Scarlett has seen him commit murder, she has spent a lot of time trying to figure out a way to get to safety.
