Chapter 46

Marigold attacks The Owner, interrupting him while he’s trying to steal Zane’s Talent. She ends up receiving Mason's Talent instead. Zane and Marigold want to go to the police, but they have no idea how to get there. A hot air balloon suddenly appears, piloted by the mysterious merchant, who offers them a ride.

Toby is nervously watching at the convention center. He keeps checking his watch, wanting the event to be over with. He keeps saying to himself that he doesn't want anyone figuring out the truth.
