Summary

In Chapter 21, Kvothe went to work at the Fishery. He spoke with a fellow worker, then met with Kilvin. Kilvin asked if Kvothe enjoyed working at the Fishery and Kvothe confessed that the work was tedious, but he needed to pay his tuition. Kvothe felt a pain in his legs and fainted. He woke up in the Medica. Kvothe admitted to the nurse that he had jumped out of Ambrose’s window the previous evening.

In Chapter 22, Kvothe had to duel in Master Elxa Dal’s Adept Sympathy class. After completing the class undefeated, Kvothe asked Dal the intimate question of which names he knew. Dal knew two names.
