Chapters 13-15 Summary

Kelly visits Maxwell at his Pentagon office and meets Podulski and others. They discuss the camp where Zacharias is being held. It hadn't been there when Kelly was in Vietnam. They discuss who they can send in there. The meeting ends and Kelly leaves with Greer. As they drive, Greer tries to find out more about Kelly and why he didn't accept any of the scholarships he was offered.

"'Not everybody sees things that way. Kelly, there're two kinds of people in the world, the ones who need to be told and the ones who figure it out all by themselves,' Greer pronounced" (Chapter 13, pg. 244).
