Part 4, Chapter 6 Summary

Lestat and Gabrielle take Nicki into Paris to find his violin. As Lestat pays Roget a visit, Nicki manages to flee from Gabrielle. They track him down to Renaud's theatre where the other vampires are taking refuge. Nicki plays his violin and the others begin to dance. Nicki declares that the theatre is now the Theatre of the Vampires and they should do nightly plays and acts for mortals to come and see. Lestat agrees to this and hands the deed to the theatre to Nicki. He is then lost permanently to Lestat and Gabrielle convinces him that the others will now care for Nicki.

Part 4, Chapter 6 Analysis

The vampires of the old coven reconvene in Renaud's theatre. As Nicki leads them, they become the Theatre of the Vampires. As Armand predicts will happen, Nicki separates himself from Lestat and leaves...
